Assistive Listening on Your Mobile Device

Download the AudioFetch app onto your mobile device (available for Apple or Android devices).

Once you are in the theatre, open your device WiFi settings and select “AudioFetchExpress” Wifi channel. *** This channel is NOT connected to the internet and only transmits the assistive listening channels.***

Pair your device with your headphones or hearing aids.

Open the AudioFetch app on your device. You’ll be able to select “Movie” to adjust the volume for the dialogue/soundtrack of the film. For visually impaired individuals wishing to utilize descriptive services, select “Narration.” Once the film begins, you’ll be able to control the volume to your desired level. *** Please be considerate of others around you and only use AudioFetch when paired with your headphones, hearing aids, or other listening devices. ***
