Sponsored by students and teachers of Blacksburg High School to support local filmmakers and give them a place to share their films with each other.

Films can be from one to eight minutes in length placed in one of three categories: Narrative, Experimental, or Documentary.

While the festival is aimed at high schoolers, we invite everyone in the NRV area to participate. There are also a few international participants to the festival that will be making an appearance.
